Division 7 total system warranties provide protection and coverage for repairs and leaks under a variety of causes including accidental punctures, hail and wind, for terms up to 30 years without dollar limits on liability, deductibles, or pro-rated elapsed time deductions.
BENEFITS
A warranty offers coverage for work completed and ensures the performance of a roof for the entire service life. Edge to edge coverage protects the total roof system, including membrane, insulation and metal. Materials and labor for covered events is performed as at no cost to the building owner.
OPTIONS
Flexible warranty options and coverages are customizable to fit specific financial criteria and time frames. Available across all roof types, regardless of square footage, in durations ranging from 10 to 30 years. Coverage encompasses hail up to 3 inches in diameter and winds up to 120 miles per hour.
CONTRACT SUPPORT
For roof systems under active warranty agreements with a manufacturer, Division 7 can perform service work under the terms of your existing contract as well as the following contract support work at no cost to the building owner:
- Warranty lookup and compilation of contract documents
- Transfer of warranty agreements to a new building owner
- Modification of warranties for roof alterations and revisions
- Manufacturer billing and reimbursement record management
