Maintenance plan service agreements prioritize dispatch response in the event of a leak, waives emergency response fees for after-hours and holiday dispatch requests, discount labor rates, and include seasonal roof assessments.


This complimentary maintenance agreement provides guaranteed response times for normal and emergency requests, fixed time and material rates, and seasonal roof assessments at no cost. We offer these complimentary benefits to customers to enable accurate inventory planning and staffing throughout the year. Complimentary maintenance agreements can be established on the same day of a site visit.


The annual roof maintenance plan offers predictability for costs relating to the maintenance and repair for out-of-warranty roofs. Customers with an annual agreement are provided with a tailored plan that defines discounted labor rates and protects them from  pricing changes of materials. These plans cover a fixed number of dispatch requests at no additional cost and any unused requests at the end of the year are rolled over as a non-expiring credit towards any Division 7 services.


The multi-year maintenance plan is suitable for customers looking to extend warranty-style coverage beyond the term of their original warranty. These plans package all labor and materials into a single service contract without any per-incident invoicing and cover all incidents and rooftop changes not covered under traditional insurance. All service work is performed according to original manufacturer specifications using certified materials regardless of the type or manufacturer of the original roof system. Maintenance programs are customizable based on number of facilities and budget, compatible across facilities with different roof systems or roof system manufacturers, and available in durations up to 5 years with single payment or recurring invoicing options.
